Tuesday!

I hope y'all had a wonderful 4th of July weekend.

I managed to snag some much needed time at the pool yesterday over at my inlaws and it was just awesome! And yes, I wore sunscreen!

I even managed to crank out a podcast and do the show notes.
I'm ready to train my arse off in my training group!
