
So it's official, I'm back in yoga. I doubled-checked the prices and am able to go back to practicing. I am so happy it has turned out that this fits into my budget. The plan is to take a breather from heavy duty H20 aerobics and go to yoga instead. I am being kind to my body, kind in the poses, using props such as straps, blocks, and blankets. I had hopes of attending a yoga workshop today about getting back into practice but I asked my body about it, and she said, "No, today we rest". So that's what we are doing today, resting.
