I signed up for a Knit-a-long on ravelry.com where I'll be making these mittens. Let me re-word that..I signed up for a KAL in which I'll be watching people make these mittens b/c I don't even know where to begin with these intricate beauties. I'll have to consult with my in-house knitting guru, otherwise known as my Gram.
I'm also making this:
with the free yarn that I got last week. It's slow going but I really enjoy it. Other updates:
- Endocrinologist's visit was uneventful and quick. I'm meeting with the nutritionist for a refresher on 11/21/o8.
- Am a bit tired at the moment.
- I'm enjoying the colder weather and the wind. The wind makes my windchimes go and I love windchimes.
