Since they both tied as name options, I shall use them both.
BTW: my levels continue to be awesome.
Went to 2nd diabetes ed class yesterday. I know more than I ever wanted to know about carbs, starches and proteins. The amount of information that I've been given has been overwhelming. I'm very grateful that I've got a great nutritionist to help me sort things out and answer my hair-brain questions when I'm having a food-health-related meltdown.
The Y and Healthworks at Palmetto Health are offering blood panels for cheap so I'm going to get my lipids done next month so I can have an idea of what my triglycerides and cholesterols are looking like. You'd think my doc did those panels when she gave me the "you have metabolic syndrome" smackdown, but she just ran my thyroid panels? Apparently that made too much sense.
It's been productive for a Wednesday. Have done a lot of work from home this AM. Made a bunch of work related phone calls and such. Cleaned up a bit and did a few battlegrounds in WoW to get my honor points. More honor points = better gear so Biznatch won't get killed so easily. In the words of Martha Stewart, it's a good thing.
