So I am blogging when I should be doing stuff. Luckily, betterhalf decided to go out carousing and that left me the house to putter and get some stuff done.
Anyhoo...I'm off to work and then I'm headed to the beach. According to the gparents, I haven't been there in 3 years. I don't buy that..I think it's been around 2. Anyway..I feel like sheet for not seeing them more often since they are so close. So I'm off to chill down there and relax.
Got my new horn yesterday. It is beautiful!! Here is a pic of it from the seller I bought it from on ebay. I've named her "Pretty Baby". She is seriously the lightest trombone I've ever owned and she's mine, all mine. I've always borrowed horns. When I started out, I had my dad's trombone from his high school/rock and roll band days. Then I borrowed a boyfriend's horn in high school and then I rented them in college. So this one is MINE. Isn't she beautiful!! I love her to pieces!!
Okay..gotta get my butt in gear...and go pack.
